内容大纲
本书本着“必需、实用、应用”的原则,对酒店微环境进行深入调研,基于整个酒店经营与管理的过程,把专业理论知识和专门英语运用于岗位工作的各个环节,旨在以专业理论指导解决岗位工作中的实际问题。本书在体现实用性的同时,还注意一定的系统性,也反映了国内外酒店业的新观点和新经验。
