内容大纲
教材共分为16章，除了第一章总体介绍外贸函电，第二章介绍外贸函电的基本结构外，其他14章均为介绍对外贸易环节中所涉及的各类函电，包括询盘、发盘、还盘、接受、合同、支付、信用证、包装、装运、保险、索赔等。每一章大致由以下几个部分组成：导引、学习目标、写作原则（介绍了涉及函电类型的写作原则和写作特点）、样信介绍（分析样信的遣词造句）、样信评价（评价每封样信）、信函对比分析（分成两组，每组的两封信的内容大致相同，写作质量有高低，通过直观对比其优缺点来提高学习者的写作能力）。除了丰富的信函案例，教材还通过各种练习形式来加强学习者对各类信函常用词汇和表达的积累，进一步丰富学习者撰写各类信函的素材。 -
