内容大纲
本教材以世界技能大赛酒店接待项目的设计要求为基础,着力于提升旅游类专业学生的英语语言能力、服务技能水平,培塑其调动和运用专业知识的逻辑思维和综合能力。同时,本教材践行价值塑造融于知识传授、能力培养的教育理念,结合章节内容挖掘和导入课程思政元素,贯彻落实立德树人的根本任务,助力实现培养德业兼备的新时代高素质酒店接待人员的目标。为此,教材设计了思政提要、预读短文、情景对话、知识点补充、案例思考、知识点回顾、情景练习等多个教学栏目,在全英文的语境下为学习者提供酒店前台与后台各个部门及其岗位的服务流程、操作规范、接待技巧、多元文化、文本写作等知识与技能。 -
作者介绍
霍妍如,海南师范大学旅游学院讲师,主研酒店英语、旅游英语、企业沟通方向,担任海南省酒店行业职业技能竞赛前厅服务(英语)竞赛裁判员、世界技能大赛海南省选拔赛酒店接待(英语)项目裁判员、第一届职业技能大赛酒店接待项目(英语)第三方评价裁判员等,荣获海南师范大学“教学十佳”“课堂教学效果*佳奖”等称号,多次指导学生在全国性的竞赛中斩获佳绩并获优秀指导教师称号,公开发表核心期刊论文10余篇。 -
