内容大纲
本教材由十章组成，分别从旅游业发展的时间维度（旅游发展史）、客体（旅游吸引物）、供给方（旅游业）、需求方（旅游市场）、供需互动（旅游体验）、管理方（政府与旅游组织）、旅游赋能乡村振兴、新质生产力驱动下的旅游发展以及旅游活动带来的影响等角度展开介绍，目的是为从事旅游研究的人士提供较为系统的旅游学相关理论与实践参考。每个章节特别设计了教学目标与要求、内容导览结构图、章节主题学前案例导入，以及学后案例分析等板块。本教材希望通过这些设计引导学习者更加高效地理解知识、掌握知识，提升利用理论分析、指导旅游业运营管理实践的能力。 -
作者介绍
苏红霞，女，西安外国语大学教授。教学领域重点关注旅游类专业国际化教育改革以及旅游类双语、全英课程建设，获省级教学成果奖2项，校级教学成果奖3项。主要研究方向为跨文化旅游消费行为、旅游产品开发、旅游目的地开发等。主持参与国家级、省级科研项目20余项，发表科研论文30余篇，发表刊物包含国际SCI期刊和国内权威期刊，获省级科学技术奖励2项，国家旅游局学术研究奖励1项。主讲课程“旅游学概论”获陕西省第一批省级一流本科课程，主讲课程“国际旅游目的地管理”在中国大学MOOC平台与智慧树慕课平台运行。2022年获西安外国语大学教学名师称号。 -
