作者介绍
韩永红，广东外语外贸大学法学院教授、法学博士、硕士生导师、副院长，美国威斯康星大学-麦迪逊分校、英国中央兰开夏大学、日本立命馆大学访问学者。长期从事《国际商法》《国际经济法》等课程的全英教学工作，在国内较早独立编著出版《国际商法》（英文版）、《国际贸易法》（英文版）、《国际商法》（双语版）等系列教材。研究领域为国际经济法、涉外法治。在《Food and Drug Law Journal》《法学评论》《环球法律评论》等期刊以中英文发表文章50余篇；在人民出版社、中国人民大学出版社等出版《食品安全国际合作法律机制研究》《“一带一路”法律保障机制研究》《自由贸易试验区国外相关法律文件编译》等著作8部；主持国家社科基金项目“我国对外援助基本法构建研究”1项，省部级项目6项，横向课题10余项。就“一带一路”法治建设和自由贸易区、自由贸易港法治建设参与撰写的研究报告获国家领导人、广东省委批示，入选《南方智库专报》。
