        本研究以河南省英语大学教师为研究对象,探讨了教师自我效能感在教师压力与教师倦怠之间的中介作用。
        本研究旨在更好地了解教师压力、教师自我效能感与教师倦怠之间的关系。本研究建立了一个新的模型,为教师自我效能感在教师压力与教师倦怠之间的中介作用提供了新的证据。在此基础上,提出了缓解教师职业倦怠的政策与实践启示与建议。
  • 作者介绍

        杨鹏,男,生于1981年6月,吉林四平人,博士,平顶山学院外国语学院副教授,平顶山学院中青年骨干教师,双师型教师。研究方向:语言学与应用语言学、高等教育研究。曾获全国高等院校英语教学精品课大赛三等奖、河南省教育系统教学技能竞赛三等奖、平顶山市教育系统教学技能竞赛二等奖等。
