内容大纲
刑法是规定犯罪、刑事责任和刑罚的法律规范体系。本书主要讲述了中国刑法的基本原理，立足罪责刑关系这一具有中国特色的理论框架，从“四要件”犯罪成立体系、刑事责任产生与实现、刑罚种类与执行等角度，阐释犯罪认定、刑事责任追究、刑罚适用的基本原理，推动发现犯罪认定的新问题，提出深化罪责刑关系的新观点，构建刑事责任实现的新理论，形成具有中国风格、中国气派的定罪原理、犯罪认定方法、刑事责任理论体系、刑罚执行规则。 -
