本教材遵循“法律是调整不同社会成员之间社会关系的行为规范”这一基本准则，按照“基础理论（概念、法律渊源、基本原则）”、“法律关系主体法（跨国公司法律管制、国际经济组织法）”、“国际经济行为法（国际货物贸易法、国际服务贸易法、国际知识产权贸易法、国际投资法）”和“国际经济行为调控法（国际贸易的法律管制、国际税法、国际经济争端解决法）”的逻辑进行编写，使该教材的逻辑结构更加符合法理和法律逻辑，更便于学习、理解和记忆。
作者介绍
崔艺红，女，中共党员，西安财经大学法学院教授，国际法学硕士，硕士研究生导师，兼职律师，比利时安特卫普大学、英国诺丁汉大学访问学者。自2004年以来，先后为法学专业本科生、硕士研究生、“一带一路”沿线国家留学生主讲“国际经济法（双语）”“国际商法（双语）”课程，双语教学经验丰富。多年来致力于国际经济法、农村土地法治方向的教学与科研工作。主持完成教育部社科基金等各级各类项目10余项，发表学术论文30余篇，获陕西省教学成果“一等奖”1项（排名第五），被评为“陕西省优秀共产党员”、西安财经大学“优秀教师”、“巾帼建功标兵”。自2012年以来，先后指导法学本科生获批大学生创新创业计划训练项目国家级6项、省级18项，指导法科学生荣获省级竞赛一、二等奖各1项，三等奖2项。代表作：《海外投资保险法律制度研究》《城中村改造的法律本质》《城中村问题研究》《农地征收活动中利益主体博弈的法律调控》《“土地财政”的法律终结》，2017年独立出版教材《新编司法文书写作实务》（西北大学出版社）。
