内容大纲
中国特色新型智库建设正从专业化、科学化向学科化迈进,本书提出智库科学与工程这样一门新的学科,介绍学科的产生与发展情况、概念内涵、理论范式、逻辑架构等内容,提出智库科学与工程的学科结构和五大问题域,包括:基本问题域阐述学科的概念内涵、理论范式和知识逻辑;规律问题域研究学科的关键问题和知识演进;治理问题域聚焦经济、社会、科技领域的治理方略进行分析;方法平台域介绍学科实践中的数据与方法模型和技术系统;知识传播域描绘智库共同体的构建、智库传播与交流以及智库人才的培养。寻智库学术之根,筑智库科学之基,本书旨在系统阐述智库科学与工程的学科结构,形成智库人才培养的知识载体,坚实智库建设行稳致远的理论基石。

作者介绍
潘教峰,现任中国科学院科技战略咨询研究院院长,研究员,博士生导师,中国发展战略学研究会理事长,中国科学技术法学会副会长。中国科技评估与成果管理研究会副理事长,全国科技评估标准化技术委员会副主任委员。国务院政府特殊津贴专家,全国政协参政议政人才库特聘专家。联合国教科文组织国际科学和技术战略研究与培训中心(CISTRAT)理事。主要研究方向为科技战略、创新政策、智库科学与工程。先后主持60余项国家级决策咨询、政策研究、战略规划课题。主笔学术文章、研究报告和政策建议200余篇,合著、主编专著10余部。 -
